Dear Mossy Creek Families,
I am honored to be serving as the new principal of Mossy Creek Elementary. In the past year as serving as your assistant principal, I have enjoyed the moments with your children, the staff, and community. I am excited to continue learning, growing, and serving here at Mossy Creek.
Over the past year, it has been apparent that our school community values the positive relationships that have been formed and nurtured over the years. This is a place where children, families, and staff are loved, appreciated, and valued. We share the belief that together we are developing well-rounded students as we prepare them for life. It is my hope to continue strengthening these relationships and this shared belief. In order for every child to achieve their highest potential, my goal is to ensure that every child who walks into our building will feel loved, supported, safe, and connected to our school family.
We all know that student success comes from the partnerships that we are able to form between home, school, and the community. Raising children takes a village. I want you to know that WE ARE YOUR VILLAGE! As we partner together, our students WILL succeed, achieve their goals, and grow up to become the best versions of themselves that they can be. When students graduate from 5th grade, it is my hope that they will be able to look back and share that the years at Mossy Creek were the best years of their lives. It is my goal that every student will have a strong, well-rounded foundation that will help them achieve their dreams.
I cannot wait to continue this journey with you all! Our staff members are ready to welcome our families and share in this rewarding school year.
